I purchased a lovely necklace online from this company on 3-25-13. The company debited my account for the $210 on 3-26-13. I had to email the flakey assistant THREE TIMES to get her to send the necklace I had paid for. It finally arrived on 4-15-13 - with the clasp soldered together, so the necklace was not wearable. I immediately returned the necklace the next day and demanded a replacement. It is 10 days later and I still have received NOTHING from them.
