Do not use this towing service! The staff, from dispatch to "Kelly" in the Manassas office are extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent at Henrys. They charge made up "rates" in addition to the standard towing rates posted on the signs in the office and are reluctant to refund an overcharge when disputed. Kelly used profanity when dealing with a customer. Customers are treated like common criminals! With all of the competition out there, one would think that Henrys would have more class and would invest in some customer service semi
