I met with Helen in August of 2010. She was going to file addendums for two different tax years for me. I spent a great deal of time organizing and printing information to give her. Information that I will probably not get back because I can't get her on the phone to request those items. It's been a year and a half and she will not return any of my phone calls. I've been patient, very patient and it's gotten me no where except more excuses. I'm currently off work to care for a sick child and have been trying to find out the status of the addendums.
