To the Mayfair Apartment manager, Why are you people takng away from the elderly all thier pleasant pass time projects. Flowers and garden help them feel a little independance. They are trying to have a little happiness. Flowers should ad to the looks of the place.In other words pretty the place up. I have never known a snake to go for the kind of food you are telling them to stop putting out. What would the humane sociaty say about not letting them feed the cats?
