THe day before I went to the store I called- spoke to a lady that told me they MIGHT be able to engrave my item. I asked when it would be ready she said 'oh, it won't take long.' when I got there that lady jerked my item from me and said 'you said this was 3 inches, it is NOT!" and rudely walked away.
