Review
It has been years since I last used this grooming service and would never use it again. Not only is Barbara rude and caustic, but so is her husband. At the time, I had a dog that barked because of separation anxiety. When I returned to pick him up, I was told I could not bring him back because of his barking and not in a friendly tone. I cannot repeat the exact conversations, but I certainly remember how shocked I was by this couple's lack of professionalism and at their rudeness. I still don't understand how she has managed to stay in business. No stars.
