My husband and I spend hundereds of dollars with this company. I work at a local boutique and purchased a $120 blouse which I wore 1 time. I took it to Allbright Cleaners trusting that they would be professional and my blouse would come back perfect. Instead my silk, royal blue blouse came back with brown stains all down one side. Which of course they put a tag on it saying the item was defective before cleaning. This was a BRAND NEW blouse, worn 1 time. After several attempts to see the owner, the dumb-found lady at the desk who "acts" completely clueless
