We inquired about a used car at this dealer through USAA car buying service 12/21/11. swapped 6 or more emails re: specs, pricing, USAA discount and agreed on a price for the car. 12/23 said we would be were very interested in purchasing and would be in to test drive on Monday 12/26. Monday am, left a voicemail for Cat Rivera saying we would be in around noon/1:00 to look at the car. She never called back. Called again and spoke to Nick who CONFIRMED THAT THE CAR WAS STILL AVAILABLE before we drove 2.5 hours from CT to Great Neck, NY in Queens...told
