I am really confused about this practice... phones are rarely answered by reception staff (probably 90% of the time you reach only a recording and must leave a message.) I have been with this practice for a little over 6 months and have had my doctors leave and been re-assigned to another doctor a total of FOUR TIMES. (I understand that doctors will join and leave practices, but four different doctors in a little over six months? What is wrong with this picture??)
