The old owner of Spoiled Rotten Day Spa named Sonya is not licensed to hire or run the business under State board of Cosmetology and the California Health Board. Her licenses were pulled on July 16, 2010 for Disgusting Health hazards and over 11,000 dollars in State board fines. She scammed her last partner out of 40,000 and then lost the business yet is still trying to hire and retrieve "gift certificate" money via internet and phone, and then "run" with the money.
