These guys are worse than incompetent. They came to our house, made the problem worse, then left, leaving us with a bill for several hundred dollars. BTW - The system still did not run when they left, leaving us without heat. We had to call someone else to come in and fix the situation. Just pick someone else, and save yourself a lot of grief.
