The Staunton Select Physical Therapy clinic is conveniently located off North August Street at 106 MacTanly Place, adjacent to Augusta Orthopedics. The outpatient clinic is very accessible to all surrounding communities and downtown Staunton. Therapy in our clinic occurs in a friendly and caring environment where we provide hands-on physical therapy by knowledgeable and experienced licensed staff. Our center provides preventative, rehabilitative and performance-enhancing programs and services that maximize function and promote well-being for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. In addition, we provide occupational rehabilitation services for work injury prevention, care for a work injury, pre and post employment testing and functional capacity evaluations. The Staunton staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and schedule an initial evaluation within 24 hours..
