My 2003 330i needed some maintenance work and it was the first time I had to take it in since purchasing it 10 months ago. Mike was friendly and very knowledgable. They did a complete inspectio of the car and found servial items that needed attention. Mike explained the issues and helped prioritize them for repair, there was no high sales pressure to get the items fixed right away or else. I went back just a week ago or so for some follow-up work, brakes and belts. Price is very fair and quality is very high. My 330i will be going to Performance Motor Works
