Horrible experience with ACE! Do yourself a favor and find another contractor if you need waste removal services. The customer service operator is rude and aggressive. We used this company for a while but found another better provider who charged less. Upon attempts to close our account, we were met with resistance and persistant finagling to stay with ACE. Out of spite, the company continued to charge for a month where NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED, no garbage was removed. Until exhaustion compelled us to give in 4 months later and pay their fraudulent charges, we we
