I needed a blow dryer to replace my broken one. I walked into the Glendale Beauty Mark store @ 1801 Glenoaks blvd to get a reliable product. A young lady assisted me with my request and opened the product to test it. The filter was broken, so the owner opened a cabinet behind the register, chose a new filter and replaced it.!!! No problem, I paid my for large ticket item and left the store. Next day I took the blow dryer out and attempted to use it. It did not work!!
