i had them in to do my entire house and they did a rush job< cut corners and overall just sloppy! the ceramic tile was the worst! the grout is breaking up and my tiles are cracking weekly. i tried to resolve the issue and they came out to fix some tiles and they used liquid nails. i have tried to be diplomatic in resolving this issue but they dont return calls and dodge me at all costs. the owner "sold" the company to another guy (R & K Flooring), i think, to avoid the "screw ups" from before but it doesnt work like that. all i ask is to make it righ
