Have had terrible issues with customer service, despite shopping at this store weekly and enjoying their products. Bought a bottle of garlic hot sauce and when we got home and opened it, the cap was not on properly and was actually cracked. The next day we tried to exchange it and the cashier first claimed that they don't even carry it. She wanted a receipt (which unfortunately I did not have), but this store is the only place to carry this item. She would not even throw out the broken bottle for me.
