Im from out of town and Swiss Experience was close to my hotel. Myself and 5 bridesmaids all had updos. NEITHER stylist had any idea what they were doing. What appeared to be the owner was sitting at the front desk bragging about how wonderful we looked and how talented her stylists were...we looked TERRIBLE! All six of us flew back to the hotel and tried to at least make ourselves look halfway decent. The bride was in tears and was miserable from the amount of money we spent and could have done a better job ourselves....what a dissapointment.
