Welcome to Rest At Ease Daycare. Rest At Ease Daycare is just opening it's doors to families who are looking for a small loving family daycare. The daycare is owned and run by Rose Lepore. She is a highly responsible mother of two children, Emily, who is three and a half years old, and Matthew, who is two years old. She has a bachelor degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she was a member of the Honor Society, and graduated with a 3.4 grade point average. She is currently enrolled in Child Care Management at Penn Foster Career School. Rose is currently in the process of registering and getting certified by the Child Care Services of Monmouth County. She is also a member of the New Jersey Family Child Care Providers' Association. All those that know Rose would say that she is a loving and nurturing person. She loves interacting and teaching children. Her dream has always been to care for and teach children and to be a positive influence in their lives. Rest At Ease Daycare's priority is to provide a safe environment that promotes healthy growth and development through play, arts and crafts, singing, dancing, reading, and more. Infant programs are also available. Rest At Ease Daycare believes that caring for a child is the most rewarding job in the world with an unmeasurable amount of responsibility. This is why we work hard in making our home your child's second home. We would like to make the following vows to the families that join us. We vow that your child's safety is our #1 priority followed by good influences, fun, learning, exploring, and more. We vow to make sure that your child is happy. We will take cues from your child in order to engage in things that he/she wants to do. We will have a structured yet flexible schedule for your child that consists of planned activities, meal time, snack time, nap or rest time, outdoor play, free play and more. The advantage of a small daycare is that the program can be tailored to your wishes and to your child's individual needs. We will provide your child with an endless amount of enthusiasm in a childproof environment and a playroom set up with learning centers such as the book nook, the arts and crafts station, the pretend/play corner, and more. We will encourange your participation in your child's daycare experience. We want to know what you expect your child's day to be like. We have opened our doors to give our community the caregiving that it wants. Each day, you will receive an evaluation of your child so that you are kept up to date on how and what they did that day, how much they ate, and what their mood was like. We know how hard it must be to be apart from your child. So from time to time we will try to take pictures as your child plays so that you can be a part of his/her day.
