Went to Dr. Polsen office, for my husband to have a fibroid tumor removed from his nose. First Dr. Polsen comes in the room, does not even introduce himself to me at all, marks my husband's face with a marker for the surgey, and then asked me if I had any questions. I asked why he didn't think a biopsy was necessary and how many times he had done this before, he said "zero, your making me very uncompfortable,if you wanted to asked questions you should of been there for the consult, we are done" and walk out.
