Excellent residents with an amazing diversity of talent and education, a real joy to know. Some staff are absolutely terrific and go out of their way to go the extra mile to care for their dear elderly residents. Others not so much. Most staff are superb. Management, however, seems more concerned with building their reputation than with accomodating resident's wishes.
