Maybe some people sail right through no problem with this group, but it is a billing nightmare for me. The issue is not resolved yet but it should have never come up. BTW look into ownership of this facility Banner holds only part of it- the docs seem to own this facility and they seem to use that to do funny billing stuff. If they do this with billing, well can you really trust them?
