VERY DISHONEST & UNETHICAL I brought in a bypass module from online, and asked for 5 minutes of their time for $20 to flash the module that I believed to be blank. I spoke to "Mike", received nothing but excuses and attitude like "it's against store policy" (even though Bob at Allguard does this for $10), and heard about a whole story about how it relates to job security as if to lure me into having them install everything. I was ridiculed by the sales staff asking if I really knew what I was doing, offering no advice with only smug remarks.
