I lived in Meadowview for 5yrs and hated it. The wiring is not up to code (had to call the fire dept when the bathroom fan started sparking and smoking). The place has tons of black mold. Our windows leaked (and by leaked I mean not a drip, but an indoor waterfall!). Had lots of issues with fleas, ants and ladybug infestations. The owner's son (who is taking over) is a complete a**hole and doesn't fix anything! There is no soundproofing between the units to the point where I used to be able to hear my neighbor snoring at night. I know that neighbors
