This guy insults customers, overcharges, and doesnt know his craft. I once took a wenger watch to him for a new battery. He had the audacity to tell me I had the "knock-off" brand to his victoronox. News to him, same company. My mom got a ring from mr kroplin, needed it resized within a week of getting it, he wanted a receipt! In a small town! Mark Kroplin sold me a lighter when I was 12. This guy, in spite of being in a small town, is only out for your cash. Plain and simple. Go elsewhere, wal-mart deserves your money more than him.
