The Yoga Loft has changed my yoga practice and my fitness level beyond all expectations. Jen Ryan is an amazing and charming yoga instructor offering her unique style of yoga in an atmosphere without the yoga-tude. The beginner class is a great place to start but the intermediate classes are great for anyone looking to take their practice to the next level. I'm doing things I never imaged possible. I feel great and I'm stronger than ever- especially my core. Adding athletic yoga to spinning and the elliptical trainer fhas given the boost to my workout routine needed. The
