I bought a 1/2" drill & purchased the Two year service plan just three months ago. The gearbox in the drill broke, I took it back to the store with the recipt in and they told me that they were not going to make good with the service plan and that I had to call thier customer service #.and said that I had better not return to the store.I called the cust. service # And they said that I had I to return it to the store where I bought it.So all they keep doing is running me back & forth. I will never shop at any Harbor freight tools store again. I have allready tol
