ABSOLUTELY NONPROFESSIONAL!! I made an appointment for all three of my children in October. My appointment for Nov the 23 was confirmed and I even asked the people there if they were sure they would be open. The response....oh yes no worries we will be happy to see you soon!! The truth.......not a soul was there when I showed up!! Then to add insult to injury less then a week before my appointment I am called and told that my oldest wouldn't be seen because of insurance!!! Seriously couldn't tell me that three months ago and quit wasting my time!!
