The jerks that stream out of the bar to smoke or hit the hot dog truck outside when the bar closes are scary-looking loudmouths that scream at the top of their lungs at 1 or 2 in the morning. Not the type of people I'd want to hang with. Dover is an awesome town, with amazing, interesting people. I think they fear going out at night because of the losers who patronize Kelley's Row and other nearby bars. It's a pity that Dover's "renaissance" will always be held back as long as fools like that dominate the streets. My beef with Kelley's is that they don't care what they are
