As i have personally worked at movie theaters before this one by far has the best customer service. They are always on top of things, if i movie reel messes up someone is on it immediately. They are always friendly and help in anyway possible. employees treat you with respect. they always maintain a clean facility even in the hectic holiday seasons.they sell great quality product prices may be a little expensive but you essentially get what you pay for. I always enjoy watching a movie at our local Cinemark 14.
