I called PJ Labrie & Sons after another local company failed to show up as promised to check our furnace which stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the year. What a difference. First, Andrea answered the phone, was pleasant and helpful, providing hourly rates, an appointment, and offering to check with my furnace manufacturer to see if a warranty applied (it didn't). The next day Greg appeared exactly on time, worked efficiently to diagnose the problem, and set a time to come back the next day with a part that had to be shipped in. He came back as promised and
