Jesse Smith rules with an iron fist. Turnover is high. Our Christmas party was a potluck the employees provided. There is NO job security in spite of excellent work by most employees. John Sandquist, The petroleum manager in Imperial has the old "intimidation" mindset. If you are a quality person with integrity, look for another company.
