I take my car to Ratzlaffs and am a very satisfied customer. They are honest. They only fix what needs to be fixed. And they give you an honest opinion on your car. If they think you can wait awhile before you need something fixed, theyll tell you. They arent out for the money, and you can tell that about them right away. That is why I love this place. Also, the mechanics are all certified. Jake the shop manager always says they will not hire a mechanic that isnt extensively trained and ASE certified.
