We had our refrigerator go out on Friday. My husband called A-1 and they were out that afternoon. The young man that came to the door was very courteous and knowledgeable about our "frig". He provided an estimate and started work right away, they even had the parts with them.(usually they have to order them) That, in itself, is very impressive. I dont know what other service repair operations charge, so I cannot compare, however, we felt the price was very fair. It actually was a bargain for the service we received. I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing,
