As a previous employee for this company This company is simply the owner and another employee running the office (me off and on since 2006) with 3 crews running the routes. I do agree the owner is a horrible individual that has mislead many customers (please read Yahoo reviews and rip off reports on this company along with the BBB has several complaints on this company)
