Being a woman, most shops will try to take advantage of you. including serveral shops in the fort smith area. Not these guys. They told me exactly what I needed, then took me out to the car and showed me. They broke everything down for me and explained everything in a way that I could understand it. They gave me a written quote at no charge. Some of the other places i went wanted to charge me just to look at my car. Two other shops gave me an estimate.
