AMAZING!!! I went to four different stores to shop around for a mattress that I needed for some out of town guests. Doug, the sales person (and owner of the store I found out later) was professional, kind, and VERY knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or to buy any specific bed. He was there to help me choose the best bed for me and what worked with my price. If you want AMAZING service with no pressure check out this place.
