This is an unbelievable salon, but you wouldn't know it was there until somebody tells you. The salon is located on Bow Street in Portsmouth on the second floor with an incredible view overlooking Portsmouth Harbor and the tugboats below. When I walked in I was greated with a smile and the staff were all very friendly and personable, laughing with each other and having a good time. They were also very knowledgeable about the products and different styling techniques. There was no tipping which I thought was very unique, considering I have always felt a little awkward ab
