Review
my area of expertise IS customer service. I own a retail store. I called 7 different times today to get information about a top of the line GE water heater and installation. I was put on indefinite hold, hung up on (accidentally, I am certain), told that information was not available, told to wait while an associate put A BATTERY IN HIS PHONE?, told by someone not in plumbing that they had to come out and MEASURE? etc. What are you doing? I will NEVER come there again for anything of substance.
