When I visit this store, I receive excellent service. The staff is knowledgable and polite. But, to call customer service is ok if you can get anyone to answer the phone. On two occasions I have waited over twenty minutes for someone to speak with me. It is frustrating and time consuming. Otherwise I would recommend the store to anyone.
