I ate dinner at Bluewater Grill in Tustin, California for a business dinner. The food and atmosphere was great. This particular restaurant is location in "The District" section of Tustin which is a relatively new shopping center with just about every typical store imaginable. The District has an outdoor mall type feel but the restaurants are definitely upscale. Bluewater Grill has an indoor area and a semi-outdoor area (it's enclosed, but still has the outdoor feeling.)
