What ever happened to, "The customer is always right"? Especially when it comes to something as delicate as getting your haircut. I realize that Mastercuts is a lower priced hair salon but I am sure that you would like your employees to spend more than 3 minutes cutting your patrons hair? The stylist that I had was combative and didn't listen to what I really wanted...She spent all of three minutes trimming the bottom of my hair unevenly and missing strands to boot. When I left, my Mother-in-law asked me if I had scissors so that we could even it out. I decide
