This is not only about Rachael's Hallmark, I have been very happy with their service in the past, but about a certain product they carry. I purchased a Miche bag (the large size bag) and two covers from them. I have had problems with both Miche covers. One was cloth and faded really bad - I did not wash it all all before it did this. The other cover was "Jennifer" black & brown bag shell. It spit in several place after only a couple months use. Rachael's Hallmark told me there was nothing they could do that I might contact the manufacturer. I don't
