I was a little concerned walking in thinking Curves was good for those who needed to "step off the couch", and get into an excercise routine. I was right...and wrong. I met a group of friendly women, working out at different levels. Some were doing a very aggressive workout with the owner, Tina. Most of the women were happy to meet up with friends, and do a lively workout. They have a sign posted listing members who have lost pounds and inches...I saw a lot of results. Ranging from 16 pounds lost in a month..to 3 pounds lost. It was a lot of fun...I'm on my Free W
