I purchased a body kit/tail fin for my '05 Monte Carlo. I paid for the kit in full and delivered it to Toof's Auto Body on 3/23/10. Jeff Toof quoted me a job to install them and repaint my car in a custom color. He promised the job completed in 1 & 1/2 weeks. It is now 4/29/10, my car is NOT done, is locked in his shop & he's nowhere to be found. Won't return calls. Job is not completed. Paint was not what I originally picked/wanted. I paid $1,900 in CASH before he started the car. Total quote was for $2,250. therefore, he got almost ALL the money
