I've never had such a terrible experience with any business let alone a garage. Neither of the mechanics had any idea what they were doing when I brought my audi in for installation of new headlights, which is exactly what the mechanics told me when I picked it up, the woman told me she should have called when she realized it was a job they weren't prepared to do, yet they continued to hack away at my car - they left huge gauges in my bumper from using something to pry it off, and when I left my air intake manifold popped off.
