Thank you for your interest in my services. We are complex human beings with many different layers to our lives and relationships. Sometimes different stresses come with these layers which can be very overwhelming to us. I am here to help you through your difficulties, and to give you comfort, support, understanding, and professional guidance where you feel you need it most. I will listen to, comfort you, and help you discover your best paths. I bring warmth, caring, and compassion to my practice with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. Dynamics are explored, and skills training is given to aid in resolving problems for example with relationships, divorce/separation, depression, anxiety, phobias, traumas, substance abuse, job stress, anger issues, and bereavement. My style is multi-dimensional, client centered, and goal oriented with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, emotion focused therapy, and stress management. I use the newest and most effective ways to work with you through a combination of my experiences of best practice, continuing education, and knowledge of the most current research. I am confident that my skills as a therapist as well as your involvement in this collaborative journey will help you experience stress management, overcome obstacles, and reach your goals, with a view toward experiencing your most joyous and fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you. My fee is $100-$109 per 45 minute/hr (Out of Network Provider). Evening and Saturday hours are available.
