I was very disappointed with the service at Gate City Collision. They had my car sitting in their lot for 16 days before requesting my insurance company for an additional appraisal. They actually had to have the damage on my car reappraised by my insurance company a third time after having my car for 3 weeks! They continuously pushed the completion date out further and further. They took so long to fix my vehicle that my rental coverage ran out (30 days). They blatantly lied to me and told me all the delays were caused by my insurance company. When I confronted
