I was very disappointed with the service at Gate City Collision. They had my car sitting in their lot for 16 days before requesting my insurance company for an additional appraisal. They actually had to have the damage on my car reappraised by my insurance company a third time after having my car for 3 weeks! They continuously pushed the completion date out further and further.
