I had been to another salon in the area and my low lites were black and my hair hilited was white I looked like the bride of Frankenstein could not leave my home and could not even go to work . The young girl did not understand and I should have known her hair was purple so I paid and left. I went home started looking for color Hair Salons and sarah came with lots of reviews so I am so glad i am not sure all the color language but i showed her a picture and she is a miracle worker. I thought I would save money by going to a less pricey Salon but I paid twice so if your hair
