Review
The Andover seemed decent at first, they tout their gym and shuttle bus service as luxuries for the building, that helped us make the decision to live their. Upon using the gym, the equipment is old and beat up and constantly out of service, not worthy of being considered a luxury and the shuttle bus is rarely on time and sometimes didnt come at all. For two months over the winter we had no hot water to shower with in the morning, we complained multiple times to no avail. That is completely unacceptable for the amount they charge for rent! And I am talking COLD
